D.D.G.M.s  Message

My Brethren

I would like take this opportunity to thank Fort William Lodge for nominating me for the position of D.D.G.M.  There have been a great number of past D.D.G.M.S who have served the Algoma district with honor and pride and I hope I can do the same.

While attending Grand Lodge in Toronto, it was said that we should be focusing on one of the true tenants of masonry which is brotherly love.  I know myself I have got caught up in some of the piques and quarrels in Lodge and have forgotten the brotherly love we all have promised in our obligation as an entered apprentice.  It may be time to sit down and reflect back to that obligation.

While this is just the start of my year as D.D.G.M., I hope with your help to reflect on my obligation and show the people in the Algoma district a picture of a true mason.

Rt. Wor. Bro. Ed Carr
